13. Raised the FDI limit under Automatic Route to 74% from
49% in Defence Production, Debt Related to COVID-19 get exempted upto 1
year.
14. Minimum Threshold to Initiate Insolvency Proceedings
raised to 1 crore.
15. Rs 40,000 crore fund will be allocated for MNRGEA.
16. Rs 11,000 crore has been provided to State Disaster Relief Fund.
17. Government has raised state borrowing to 5% of GSDP
(Gross State Domestic Product).
18. Rs.500 Crore has been allocated towards Beekeeping.
19. Government provide 30% VGF (Viability Gap
Funding) for Social Infrastructure Projects to boost private sector investment.
20. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced
Collateral free loans worth 3 lakh crore for MSME & 50,000 crore Equity
Infusion through MSME Fund of Funds.
