Atma-Nirbhar Bharat - A Covid Relief Package in Tamil

1.     PM Modi announced Special Economic package worth Rs 20 lakh crore for Atma-Nirbhar Bharat or self-reliant India to boost Economy during lockdown.

2.     ஆத்மா-நிர்பர் பாரத் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் பின்வரும் திட்டங்கள் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டன

3.     MSME நிறுவனங்களை அரசு மறுவரையறை செய்தது,

Ø 1 கோடி வரை முதலீடு & 5 கோடி வரை லாபம் உள்ளவை மைக்ரோ நிறுவனங்கள்.

Ø 10 கோடி வரை முதலீடு & 50 கோடி வரை லாபம் உள்ளவை சிறு நிறுவனங்கள்.

Ø 20 கோடி வரை முதலீடு & 100 கோடி வரை லாபம் உள்ளவை Medium நிறுவனங்கள்.

4.     Under Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan Digital Education Initiative for Students called PM e-Vidya by which one TV channel each for class 1 to 12.

5.     Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan கீழ் டிஜிட்டல் கல்வி திட்டம் PM e-Vidya உருவாக்கப்படும், இதன் மூலம் 1 முதல் 12 ஆம் வகுப்பு வரை மாணவர்களுக்கு தலா ஒரு தொலைக்காட்சி சேனல் உருவாக்கப்படும்.

6.    நிதி அமைச்சகம் MUDRA-Shishu கடன்  திட்டத்தில் 2% வட்டி தள்ளுபடியுடன்  12 மாத காலத்திற்கு 50,000 வரை வழங்க ரூ.1500 கோடி ஒதுக்கியது.

7.     DISCOM ரூ .90,000 கோடி பண உதவி அரசு வழங்கியது.

8.     கிசான் கிரெடிட் கார்டு சிறப்பு திட்டம் மூலம் மீனவர் & விவசாயிகளுக்கு 2 லட்சம் கோடி கடன் அறிவித்துள்ளது

9.     ரூ .30,000 கோடி சிறு & குறு விவசாயிகளுக்கு working capital வழங்க அரசு ஒதுக்கியது.

10. விவசாயிகளின் உள்கட்டமைப்பை வலுப்படுத்த ரூ .1 லட்சம் கோடி அரசு ஒதுக்கியது.

11. மைக்ரோ உணவு நிறுவனங்களை ஊக்குவிப்பதற்காக ரூ.10,000 கோடி அரசு ஒதுக்கியது.

12. Raised the FDI limit under Automatic Route to 74% from 49% in Defence Production, Debt Related to COVID-19 get exempted upto 1 year.

13. Minimum Threshold to Initiate Insolvency Proceedings raised to 1 crore.

14.        MNRGEAக்கு ரூ .40,000 கோடி நிதி அரசு ஒதுக்கியது.

15. மாநில பேரிடர் நிவாரண நிதிக்கு ரூ.11,000 கோடி அரசு வழங்கியது.

16. Government has raised state borrowing to 5% of GSDP (Gross State Domestic Product).

17.                தேனீகள் வளர்ப்புக்கு அரசு ரூ.500 கோடி அரசு ஒதுக்கியது.

18. தனியார் துறை முதலீட்டை அதிகரிப்பதற்காக சமூக உள்கட்டமைப்பு திட்டங்களுக்கு அரசாங்கம் 30% VGF (Viability Gap Funding)  வழங்குகிறது.

19. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced Collateral free loans worth 3 lakh crore for MSME & 50,000 crore Equity Infusion through MSME Fund of Funds.

20. Government reduced 25% cut in TDS (Tax Detected at Source) & TCS (Tax Collected at Source) till 31 March 2021.
